The Recommendations Inbox pulls in existing survey responses and Gong call transcripts and automatically scores them so Cara can see the strongest proof at a glance. Scoring is calculated using specific details, emotion, and impactful outcomes, so Cara can quickly spot the best ones.
When she came back from four days offline to hundreds of waiting responses, she had 20 approval-ready quotes already pulled and sent to customers in minutes. On top of testimonials, Cara was also able to identify and kickstart a handful of customer stories.
