The impact & results

In one live deal with a large restaurant delivery company, Neil searched LUCI mid-call, surfaced competitor stories and adjacent use cases in under five minutes, and sent a follow-up before leaving the conference room.

The prospect responded within the hour and doubled the deal scope.

With a separate prospect, Neil used LUCI to pull 300+ security-related quotes from their UE library, narrowed it down to three specific enterprise references in regulated industries, and closed the objection on the same call instead of a two-week back-and-forth.
