Introducing Share: Deploy Customer Evidence to Your GTM Teams

At best you’ll get questions asking for resources you already have, at worst you get crickets while nothing gets used. 

These features help bridge the gap between your hard earned customer evidence and the sales team who can use it every day. 

Search for customer evidence in Slack

Our revamped Slack bot gives your team access to all published assets in UserEvidence from the place many of us spend a lot of our day. 

Use the /userevidence command with a search term to find a list of matching assets. For instance, you could search for ROI or a competitor’s name. 

If you want to get more specific, open the app in Slack and filter your search by different classifiers like asset type, industry, tags, and more.

When your search populates, you’ll be directed to the asset in UserEvidence so you can export it for use. It’s as easy as that. Slack is one of the best places to activate GTM resources, and we’re happy to make it a no-brainer addition to Share.

Send proof points to Seismic and Highspot

Sales teams that use sales enablement platforms look to them for the content they need. If platforms like Seismic and Highspot are the bookshelves to hold resources for sales, UserEvidence provides the books to put on the shelf. Not only does it make your customer evidence easily available, it makes your use of each platform more valuable. 

New customer evidence can be pushed directly to Highspot and Seismic without any manual work. This makes it easier for sellers to find the content they need (in less time), build trust with buyers, and close more deals.

Give easy access with Viewer Logins & Evi (the AI chat assistant)

Give direct access to your asset library, and nothing more, with viewer logins. These read-only users can find and export assets from your entire library without messing with surveys, advocates, or anything else. 

As a bonus, viewer logins also give your team access to Evi. Evi is our AI chat assistant (short for Evidence) who can help you find the right testimonials by sifting through your asset library for you. 

For example, you could ask, “Can you find me a testimonial related to ROI from the software industry?” Simply ask Evi what you’re looking for and you’ll be shown the Evi-dence you’re looking for, with a link to the asset itself.

Create a wall of love with embeddable Microsites

Our microsites are a powerful way to create and share a collection of related customer evidence.

Usually our customers create Microsites for specific industries, competitors, products, or campaigns. They can be public or private, so you can share them directly with your prospects and customers for a repository of verified proof. 

We’ve made a few quality of life improvements to make Microsites more available and customizable. 

First is making microsites embeddable on your marketing website. Check out Gong’s if you’d like to see this in action. Your customer evidence can now live as a custom ‘wall of love’ page on your website with little lift. 

We’ve also added more customization options, including headers, description copy, and the ability to re-order assets on a microsite to fit your needs. 

Use microsites as a focused, searchable collection sale reps can use to find what they need, or make it visible for visitors to your website to show off your most powerful proof points front and center.

Personalize sales presentations with slides

The different types of resources marketers are tasked with making is endless. 

We need this as a one-pager, on a landing page, a social graphic, and of course: slides. Creating slides out of testimonial assets is a quick way to make sure sales can tell the right story for each prospect. 

The problem is you usually have to make them manually and then send them to design to finish up. That’s valuable time lost, and a constant chore for you. 

Our new slides asset makes it easy to export a testimonial straight to your next presentation for use. Make it on-brand to fit your brand look and easily fit into your current deck. Your slides can be edited after export as well for any final updates or changes.

The look of your brand matters, and our goal is to give you ready-to-go assets out of the box. Our new branded templates offer another design option for your UserEvidence assets. Simply set up your brand colors and choose your option. Export and go. 

Remember: You can always create your own custom templates if you want to control your brand look. Our templates are meant to give you a good-looking asset immediately. You can use whichever you please.
